What is USConnect?

USConnect is America's only nationwide wireless integrated food service network. USConnect provides only the highest quality fresh food through customized dining services and corporate catering, smart vending machines, unattended micro markets, and office coffee services.

Where do I Sign Up/Register?

Get a USConnect Rewards Card from your vending coordinator. Go to www.usconnectme.com and scroll down to the REGISTER area. Just fill in with all required information and click CONFIRM to create your account. Enter your profile information, select your charity partner and then fund your card using a debit or credit card. Your account is active and ready to use!

I Forgot my password, what should I do?

Go to www.usconnectme.com and go to the login page. Click on Forgot Password? in middle of the page. Enter your email address and click on SEND PASSWORD RESET. Instructions will be emailed to you within a few minutes.

How do I check my balance?

Go to www.usconnectme.com and log in with your email address and password. Your Current Balance and Current Points totals are listed in the top center.

Where can I get a USConnect Card?

Not sure where to get a USConnect Rewards Card? Check with your HR Manager or Office Manager onsite at your workplace, they usually have extra cards for employees to use. If your workplace is out of cards, please email info@usconnect.biz and we can have more dropped off at your location.

How do I add money to my card?

To add funds, please log into your account at www.usconnectme.com. Then click on the ADD VALUE button. Fill out the information and click the ADD VALUE in bottom right corner. Your card is ready to use!

I lost my card, what should I do?

You should transfer your balance to a new card. First obtain a new card and then go to www.usconnectme.com and login to your account. Click on MANAGE USC CARD(S) where you are able to add a new card with the ADD NEW CARD button. To transfer funds from the old card, click on the COMBINE FUNDS button. Select the "From" account and enter desired amount to transfer. Click on the down arrow to designate account/amount. Select the "To" account. Click on COMBINE FUNDS and the requested amount will transfer immediately.
If there aren't any extra cards at your location, email info@usconnect.biz and we will have more dropped off at your location.

How do I redeem points?

First log into your account at www.usconnectme.com. Click on the Redeem Points icon in the right center section of your account header. Select a point total and click REDEEM. The money will be added to your account balance immediately.

I want to close my USConnect account. How do I get a refund for the money left on my card?

Send email to info@usconnect.biz with your name, address, OAN number and your request. A refund check will be mailed to you. Due to security concerns, your card must be registered and the request must be sent from the registered email address. No refunds will be issued from un-registered cards.

An item didn't vend, I made a duplicate purchase, or the item is expired and I used my USConnect Card to make the purchase. What steps should I take?

We will review and add the refund amount to your account balance accordingly. NOTE: Your USConnect Card MUST be registered online in order to receive a refund.

How much money can be loaded on a Card?

$200 is the maximum amount allowed to be loaded to a card.

How do I change the charity I donate to?

Changes can be made online at any time. Login to your account at www.usconnectme.com. Click on CHARITIES. Scroll through and find a desired charity. Click on "Select This Charity" to make your new selection.

I keep getting a "Bad Swipe" or "Try Again" Error Message.

Your card is not being read by the card reader on the machine - the magnetic strip must make contact with the reader. Please try swiping your card again. The card reader needs to make contact with the entire length of the magnetic strip. If it continues to do this, the magnetic strip on the back of your card may be faulty. Please pick up a new card onsite at your location. Your balance can be transferred to your new card online.
